Le Christine is an old restaurant nestled in the heart of St Germain but on a small side street, away from the general agitation. For a very long time now, the team has settled there and shared their passion for good fresh produce with their guests. The menu is composed and decomposed with the seasons, just like the decor which evolves with time! As of last year, it will be in a very minimalist but warm atmosphere that you will be able to taste some really good dishes. The cuisie is very traditional but so delicate and flavorful. The menu is made of meat and fish from quality producers and it also gives a second chance to some forgotten vegetables! The lamb (cooked for 8hours) is so tender, the fish cooked to perfection, and the deserts are so tasty :-)
