Les Climats is an open, luminous and out of time kind of place. Celebrated in the past as the restaurant Télégraphe, this incredible and historical place had been forgotten for a while. Until a few years ago, the right team came along: Carole Colin et Denis Jamet - wanted to share their passion for the wines of Burgundy, the decorator: Bambi Sloan who managed to create a chic and sexy restaurant and a relaxing and cosy Winter garden, but also the chef: Julien Boscus and his culinary expertise!   With its traditional yet modern cuisine, the quality of the products and the fine flavors, but also with its incredible wine list and great service, the team managed to enter the club of the One michelin starred restaurant in 2015.
