The POILANE bread : an institution of the French gastonomy!
We had the privilege to visit the emblematic bakery of rue du Cherche Midi (2 minutes walking from the hotel), and wanted to share with you some pics of this unique moment :
Preparation of the traditional Poilane round loaf heated in a traditional wood fire oven : 6 hours of hard labour to make this delicious bread, so Frenchie!! Yummy :-)
