Tam is a family restaurant between mother and daughter in Paris, which refreshes the traditional Vietnamese and Laotian recipes in an atmosphere designed by Aw2 and trendy in the heart of Saint Germain des pres.

The dishes have all been created with the greatest respect for the family recipes of previous generations, adding the modern touch of the children. Each dish is entirely homemade guaranteeing a constant freshness of the food and the delicacy of the recipes, especially the pho so particular of Tam which is simmered during nearly 18 hours.
